Have your icy pole moulds set up ready to go.
Peel and de-seed the watermelon, blend to a puree, then divide evenly between the moulds. Place in freezer until just set and firm to touch. Next, blend the mango and kiwi fruit and store in the fridge in separate containers. When the watermelon has set, layer with mango and return to the freezer until set. Repeat with kiwi fruit.
